Mileage Breakdown: 1.4 miles to the PCT from the ferry drop off + 10.6 miles on the PCT = 12.0 miles

Woke up around 6:00 am and felt rested. Packed everything into my pack before grabbing a very filling pancake breakfast.

Took the ferry back across Lake Edison and started up Silver Pass. Along the way, there were a couple tough river fords, which took a group effort to get some hikers across.

Toward the top of the pass, there were large snow fields that took a tole on my mental state. Lots of slipping, sliding and losing the trail.
